We want to create a unique, hand metal puzzle brain teaser in appearance and creativity. It should be created with uncompromising metal aesthetics and substantive methods.
We explored the combinations and functions of various intellectual toys on the market, and finally decided to use anatomical puzzles-multiple interlocking metal parts to make a solid shape.
From the perspective of material selection, structural design and parts manufacturing, metal puzzles are our most difficult and complex project to date. If it is too tight, it will not be able to be installed and disassembled, but if it is too loose, it will easily fall apart. We need to find an appropriate size. For this reason, we spared no effort, spent a huge amount of time to test repeatedly, and finally determined the current size through die casting and precision machining.
Each unit is sculpted the curves at long time and profiles to be increasingly fluid, woven together like metal crafts. We aim to produce the best puzzle toy to satisfy all customers.
