Helpful Tips!
As recommended when grading softer cheese, stick the cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes before shredding.
Definitely recommend giving it a quick rinse right after use if you aren't going to wash it right away, just to make clean up that much easier.
If carrots stained the white cylinder please wipe it with Cooking oil . After wiping it clean, rinse with water.
