Yes, they can be reversible.
First step: Find a card pin or paper clip
Second step: Push down the wire lock from the back of the terminal and pull it out.
Last step: change the lead wire position, and reconnect it.
Then you will get a fan with red wire(negative pole) and black wire(positive pole).
