Will not break like plastic pegs. Carefully measure holes in your cribbage board. These metal pegs are 7/64" at tips and Fit 1/8 inch holes. 1/8" hole is the most common size in Cribbage Boards. These pegs are 1 inch tall. Seventy-Two pegs: 18 Stainless (steel plated stainless) , 18 Brass, 18 Black (steel plated black), 18 Copper (steel plated copper). Top/Head of pegs measure 13/64 inch diameter. The holes on your cribbage board must be 13/64 inches apart (measured from the center of one hole to the center of the next hole). Caution: Some tiny and/or travel cribbage boards have smaller holes and some larger boards have bigger holes. A 1/8" drill bit is a good method to measure the size of the holes on your cribbage board.
