Perfect for shelves 48 - 70 wide These StudLock brackets have wall fastening points every half inch. Our testing has shown, spacing any larger than that does not NOT give you true "Mount Anywhere" status. With the 1/2 spacing you ALWAYS have a fastening point where you need it. These brackets are HEAVY DUTY! They have 1 1/4 inch tall and 3/16 thick back plate and 3/4 outside diameter heavy wall round tubing for the rods. They can support 55 pounds for each stud they are secured to. The original StudLock Floating Shelf Bracket for concealed (hidden) floating shelves. These Heavy Duty Brackets are the only brackets designed for side to side adjustment while still fastening to studs. We now feature mounting points on either end of the bracket.
