UltraSource Impulse Manual Hand Sealer with Cutter, 16'', for Sealing Poly Bags

Take care of most basic plastic sealing applications with hand impulse sealers from Ultra Source. Our hand sealers seal poly bags and thermoplastic material such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) quickly and efficiently. Includes cutter for sealing and trimming poly bags in one step. The sliding knife may be used to trim a pre-made bag or to make bags from poly tubing. Blades can be replaced quickly and easily. No warm up time needed. Set the timer and insert bag between the sealing bars. Press down and slide the knife across the top, and release. Materials up to 40" wide and 10 mil thick can be sealed depending on the sealer model. A signal light indicates the heat cycle is complete and the seal is done. Once the timer is set, hand sealers will provide a consistently flat seal that is air tight and water tight. Approximately up to 1,000 seals/day. Impulse sealers can seal these materials: Polyethylene, Saran, Nylon, Polyvinylchloride, Polypropylene, Polio film, Keel-F, Mylar, Pollex, Polyurethane, and Polyvinyl alcohol.
