This product is intended to make it Easy for anyone to use the hand wheel. This is the higher version of the ultimate small model
1.Components
Round wheel handle (1EA)Out Dia. 150mm(6")-Inner bore Dia. 19.1mm(3/4")
- Rotatable Knob grip(Axis, Body, Set nut- 1EA)
- 4mm&5mm Hex socket head cap screw for shaft fixing (M8-6EA)

2.Material
Body - Compression molded bakelite (High glossy phenolic mold compound,Black)

Grip nuts - free cutting brass (C3604)
Knurled for durability

Shaft - S45C(Steel for machinery) bore 19.1mm - depth 23.5mm
M8 TAP processing. (120 degrees evenly, 3POINT)

3. Application
Machine tools that require general repetitive rotation

Industrial Machine:Face grinder,Molding and polishing machine, drilling-milling, Turning lathes, Boring,
tapping, drill press, bench lathes, Table saw, workbench, hydraulic vises, Liquid Filling Machine, etc.(You can use it as you intended.)

4. How to install
The main shaft of the handle has an inner diameter of 19.1mm.
Therefore, if the machine shaft to be fitted is less than 19.1mm, it can be used everywhere.
1. Insert the handle on the shaft and tighten the set screw by hand.(very important.)
2. Make sure that the 3 screws are almost evenly exposed before fully tightening.
3. After checking, fix it firmly with a hexagon wrench, vise pliers, etc.
Done! Most can be assembled in one minute.
