Each item is produced by a professional Korean technician one by one
(with a mold through a high pressure compression molding machine).
(All items are made in Korea.
Chinese materials cannot even enter our company.)

We thoroughly inspect and export only items that will satisfy our customers.
This handle has been used on Korean locomotives.

The intention of this product is as follows.
The user can replace the broken handle and adjust it.
It reduces the replacement cost compared to ready-made products, and leads to an improvement in appearance and performance.
Why? This is because the user has replaced and modified his equipment.

When purchasing more than 10 pieces, a customized shaft is prepared and molded.

3. Application

4. How to install
(In the image, I posted an example mounted on a standing grinder.)

Through hole fixation
1.Penetration through turning machine
2.Counterbore machining
3.handle mounted, then tightened with fixing bolts
Side fixation of the shaft

Cut the pie with depth enough to insert the handle.
Proceed to tapping on the side of the shaft (2 recommended)

Typically, the handles are assembled in these two ways.
It is really difficult to machine a saw tooth with a milling machine. Process at the machining center.
We recommend that you purchase ready-made products.


5.Features

Handle body has high wear resistance.
High heat resistance - Maximum continuous use temperature 220 degrees
Nickel plating on the spindle to prevent rust
Knobs can be assembled quickly using a Phillips screwdriver.( Disassembly and assembly have permanent durability.)
As much as you set yourself, you can be sure of the results.
Just don't drop it.
Instead of very strong abrasion resistance, the impact resistance is slightly weaker. (Danger from 2m or more)
