*This original dual gear extruder design with BondTech Technology will instantly provide improved print quality and reduce filament slipping by firmly grasping the filament between two threaded wheels locked together by a dual gear rotating design. No more skipped steps when extruding at high speeds or after retractions. Print faster with this superior design, which is able to feed much more filament into the hotend in the same period of time than stock plastic extruders.
*Change e steps/mm to 144.22 after install. Two precision machined gears are included with a matching threaded groove on the top of each gear which ensures both sides rotate at the same time to apply even pressure on the filament as is is being extruded into the hotend. This steady and even pressure helps make for more consistent extrusion from the hotend. Tensioner spring can be adjusted to reduce or increase the amount of force the lever arm puts on the filament.
*Capricorn PTFE is high quality Teflon tubing manufactured in America to high quality control standards. Tight tolerances within .05mm keep the filament from bending any little bit while inside the tube which makes retraction much more accurate and consistent. The XS line of Capricorn PTFE tubing is also capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 230*C all while remaining very slippery so the filament glides through the tube with almost no resistance.
*After market Creality bed springs are extra firm and help to hold the bed level for longer while being more resistant against wearing out and loosing compression. Level the bed once and it should hold for more prints with these high performance stiff springs originally used on CR model printers. 4PC-M10 fittings are also included for replacement use on any stock creality hotends as well as this dual gear extruder which also uses a PC4-M10 fitting to secure the PTFE tube.

For Ender 3 V2: This upgraded extruder is compatible with the printer, however the stock extruder knob on the original extruder is not compatible with this dual gear extruder. If you install this dual gear extruder on the Ender 3 V2, you cannot use that extruder knob.
Springs included in this bundle are stiffer and sturdier than the stock bed springs on all ender series printers. The spring sizes also differ from the stock springs in length by roughly 5mm. in order to install the new springs, you may need to raise the z-axis limit switch by 4-6mm to accommodate for the longer length of these upgraded springs.

This kit comes with an all aluminum BondTech style Dual Gear extruder design built to last.
