*This BL Touch kit is designed to work with Creality machines like the Ender 3, Ender 5 and the CR series of printers EXCEPT Ender 3 Pros bought AFTER JUNE 2020 due to them having the new 4.2.2 control board. After installing this product, your printer will automatically detect the bed height at multiple locations around the surface of the bed and automatically adjust so the hotend will always be the perfect distance away from the bed.
*The 6 upgraded bed springs included are much stronger and stiffer than the stock springs that come with stock Ender series printers. You may need to raise the z-axis limit switch by 4-6mm to accommodate for the longer length. They will help to prevent any unwanted movement on the print bed while the Y axis changes directions. The extra stiffness in these springs will also keep the bed at the same level for longer periods of time, thus ensuring consistency whilst printing over hundreds of hours.
*Capricorn XS Series PTFE Bowden tubing is also included to help improve the accuracy of the printers retraction and extrusion which will also lead to better print quality and higher consistency. This PTFE tubing is rated for higher temperature exposure which prevents toxic off-gassing that can occur with other PTFE tubing.
*F1rst Layer has compared and tested dozens of samples of pneumatic fittings to find the highest quality fittings available on the market. Both the PC4-M6 and PC4-M10, are some of the best available and two of each are provided in every upgrade kit. The metal teeth grasp the PTFE tubing tightly and prevent it from slipping in any direction. The metal teeth on F1rst Layer fittings as well as the high quality of the fittings ensures that these fittings work flawlessly on every print for many years

NOTICE: If you purchased the Ender 3 Pro AFTER JUNE 2020, the 4.2.2 control board included is not yet officially supported by this version of the BL Touch. Creality is developing the firmware for the 4.2.2 board which is expected to be released in the coming months.
This BL Touch kit is only guaranteed during use with STOCK Creality Parts. BigTreeTech SKR Boards are not supported by the firmware installed on this product. This is the original BL Touch mechanical bed level sensor designed to work with any Creality printer. All required hardware to install the BL Touch are included in this bundle as well as some of the most common upgrades available to help improve print quality and consistency. Installation of this product does require a flashing of a new firmware to the Control board which can be found at the Creality website.
Once the product is properly installed, your printer will be able to automatically determine the distance from the printing surface to the nozzle and this mechanical sensor will work on every type of printing surface. The included springs and Capricorn PTFE tubing will also greatly help to improve print quality over stock options on most Creality printers.
It is recommended that anyone who purchases this product be at least moderately familiar with flashing firmware. All instructions are included in the bundle as well as many helpful videos on YouTube that go into deeper detail on the matter.
