The whole bundle, which includes everything you need for easy, clean and safe sheet metal cutting. CaNibble - Professional Nibbler attaches to any standard drill transforming it into a safe, easy to use, sheet metal cutting tool. Two spare punches. Our punches bite tiny pieces of metal as your CaNibble cuts, they are made of High Speed Steel. A spare die which in conjunction with the punch, grips and cuts sheet metal. A Straight and Circle Cutting Attachment (with sheet drill) which connected to the Die of your CaNibble, allows you to cut perfect circles and straight lines (this is our free gift to you). A pair of bench mounting clamps, to bench mount both your drill and CaNibble Professional Nibbler. Please note these clamps require a drill collar size of 43mm (1 11/16") to fulfil their purpose. How thick is the material CaNibble can cut? The answer depends on the grade, and type of material being used. For Mild Steel it is 1.6mm (or 16 SWG) 0.063” For Brass, Aluminium, Plastic it is 2.0mm (or 14 SWG) 0.079” We recommend a specific punch and die are kept for Aluminium work For Stainless Steel it is 1.0mm Maximum (or 20 SWG) 0.039” we recommend a specific punch and die are kept for Stainless Steel work. Always apply a lubricant such as WD40 or light oil along the path of cut. What sort of Drill will I need to run my CaNibble? Any Power drill, electric or air with a 9mm chuck capacity and a speed range of 1,500 to 2,500 RPM. For full use of our Bench Mounting Clamps, the collar of your drill needs to measure 43mm (1.70”) in diameter. 1500 RPM is the recommended cutting speed for Stainless Steel 2500 RPM is recommended for Mild Steel, Aluminium and Plastic What Guarantee does CaNibble offer? 5 years, excluding consumables – these are the replaceable punches and dies.
